While there he served as Articles Editor of the Washington Law Review and authored Ruminations on Section 1983 Due Process Land Use Claims in Light of Mission Springs v. City of Spokane, 77 Wash. L. Rev. 203 (2002). Mark also is a former president of the UW Chapter of the Federalist Society. In 1998 Mark received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.
