Mark Wilner joined Mundt MacGregor as
an associate attorney in 2002 after serving as a law clerk for
the Honorable Richard B. Sanders of the Washington State
Supreme Court. Mr. Wilner graduated with honors from the
University of Washington School of Law, where he served two
years as the President of Innocence Project Northwest student
chapter, and where he received the Eugene A. Wright
Scholarship Award. He also served as Notes and Comments Editor
for the Washington Law Review. Mark received his B.A. in
Philosophy from Georgetown University, cum laude, in
1996.
Mark practices in the area of
litigation. He has authored two articles: "Justice
at the Margins: Equitable Tolling of Washington's Deadline for
Filing Collateral Attacks on Criminal Judgments," 75 WASH. L.
REV. 675 (2000); and "Capitalizing on Hoisington," Washington
Criminal Defense (2000).
Mark is admitted to practice in the
State of Washington and
United States District Court: Western District of Washington.
He is also a member of the Washington State Bar Association, King
County Bar Association, Washington Association of Criminal
Defense Lawyers, and American Civil Liberties
Union-Washington.
